On March 4, the coal detection system independently developed by the Jingye Yingkou Zhongban Information System was officially launched. This milestone event marked a solid and powerful important step in the field of information management of coal inspection process.
The project focuses on the core links in the coal inspection process such as sample preparation, testing and data review. The technical team of Yingkou Zhongban Information Systems adheres to the attitude of striving for excellence and has made comprehensive and in-depth optimization of the system modules, and finally successfully built a complete and efficient full-process information management and control system.
Before going online, to ensure that the system can operate stably and accurately, the technicians went through two weeks of rigorous and meticulous testing. During this period, they conducted multiple rounds of fine debugging and optimization of the system. After unremitting efforts, the results are remarkable. According to professional calculations, the system can save up to 138 hours of inspection time per month. This achievement not only greatly strengthens the quality control of raw materials, provides more reliable raw materials guarantees for production, but also injects strong impetus into improving the production efficiency of pre-iron services.
During the implementation of the project, the Yingkou Zhongban Information System and the Inspection and Measuring Department worked closely together to benchmark the group's coal acceptance rules, and with a rigorous attitude and professional spirit, comprehensively and meticulously sorted out the differences between the original process and the group standards of Yingkou Zhongban, and accurately positioned the difficulties and pain points that restricted inspection timeliness. On this basis, after three rounds of special discussions, the Yingkou Zhongban Information System Department clarified 4 key transformation goals and 19 specific development tasks. Technicians independently transform the system inspection and judgment process and developed an automatic judgment function. This innovative measure not only greatly improves inspection efficiency by 30%, but also significantly enhances the timeliness of inspection results reporting, making the entire coal inspection process more efficient.
